We strive to be comprehensive and all-inclusive. All weekend rentals include access to the space from 10am until 12am, as well as farmhouse seating and tables for up to 175 of your closest friends and family.
With its own private entrance, our second floor space allows you to entertain up to 175 guests . Our event planning team is here to assist you in making your event a success.
A/V and conferencing equipment is available. And, optional valet parking makes your event convenient and easy.

Because we are centrally located, you and your guests will have access to numerous city parking garages and parking lots. Convenient valet parking is also available just steps from our front door. The Loft would be more than happy to arrange a quote from one of our preferred vendors.
Hosting a special event? Our catering options and vendor suggestions can accommodate a range of party sizes in a modern, urban, classic space. Perfect for bachelorette parties, business meetings, holiday parties, intimate formal dinners, and larger strolling parties.
Our list of preferred caterers will surely satisfy every craving. Or, if you’d prefer, we’d be happy to have our chefs create a special menu for you.
